Breathe Deep, Laugh Loudly: The Joy of Transformational Breathing

This book is incredibly airy (no pun intended) there is about 10 pages of actual beneficial content, the rest is anecdotes, case studies and needless back story. I wouldn't recommend buying this book, I would however recommend signing up to the classes that this book is essentially designed to promote. The essence of this book is great but the message could be condensed into about 5 pages.

This is an excellent book to learn more about Transformational Breath and the benefits of this healing modality. It will encourage you to start a regular practice which will be a valuable step in the direction of leading an inspiring life!
