I took another brand of quercetin for years, but it doesn't look like that company makes it anymore, so I tried this brand for the first time. It seems to work well, but maybe a little too well when taking a xanthine oxidase inhibitor. I seem to have increased joint pain, which makes me believe it's working to decrease my uric acid along with the allopurinol I'm on. I have dialed back dosing to every other day to see if the symptoms subside.

These quercetin capsules are easy to take and the ingredients look clean. Pure Encapsulations usually makes good quality products, and this feels no different. The only thing is that quercetin is one of those supplements where the effects are hard to notice day to day. It is simple to add to a routine if you want extra immune support, but do not expect anything dramatic
