These are my favorite sharpeners for kids. They work great and are easy for my kids to use. They are easy to empty and don’t spill all over the place. Don’t break like the other ones we have purchased.

I like them! You can choose sharp or not and they all work well. A little difficult to empty if you don’t do it immediately after sharpening.

It works really well, seems sturdy enough. I feel they could be smaller to fit better in pencil cases, but still I really liked them. I liked the side opening vs the ones that open fully that tend to be a little messier because they open more easily. The downside to the side opening is that when a lot of shavings get jammed in it is harder to remove. Same thing if the tip of the pencil breaks and is stuck in there.They have a little knob to change the sharpening from sharp to flat tip that I didn't realize what it was for until later, but it's a cool function because you don't always want the tip to be too sharp, specially for coloring.To me it was a great buy! I also have the Bostitch electric sharpener, I think it's a great brand overall.

These fit in the palm of your hand - which is very convenient. It SHARPENS (to a point), and SHAPES (to a rounded tip). Kind of "old school", but they look cool. :)

My six year old really enjoys using these pencil sharpeners. They are easy for her to use by herself and sharpen well. They seem like a really good value for the price and so far none of them have broken even though she's not exactly gentle with them.

I’ve tried so many sharpeners - cheap ones, expensive ones - these are hands down the best. They sharpen fast and easy, don’t break the pencils and are still working after 6 months
