I bought this for my Jeep Cherokee latitude Lux since it fits 8.4 screens. I personally didn't use the wet wipe or dry wipe that came with it to clean screen. I wiped my screen with a lysol wipe then dried it very good with a cloth. Once it was clean i followed the directions on the screen protector. Once it was applied I took the cardboard it came in and pressed it on the screen and got all the air pocket bubbles out. It works great. Its clear, no glare and the touch screen works great with it on. Plus, it comes with an extra screen protector.

This screen protector comes with a plastic screen protector and a preparation kit. First you have to use the wet alcohol pad to clean off the screen, and then use the dry one to wipe off the excess moisture. You then use the sticky dust remover to remove all the dust from the screen. After preparing the screen, you can take the protector and peel off the backing. Once the protector is on the screen, you can use a credit card or even the cardboard packaging itself to push out the air bubbles. Once that is done, you can peel off the protection film from the front of the screen protector. Everything went smoothly and the install was as easy as you could imagine.

My fault for not reading the ad. I picked the wrong one out of the screen protectors I had been looking at on Amazon. I wanted tempered glass and these are not, which is totally my fault.It did install easily. I was able to work out 99% of the bubbles so looks good. The screen works as it did prior to the protector being installed so overall I am happy. I do think it is a little over priced.Overall... I am happy with it.

Perfect size however tape tabs were so bonded that I couldn't remove adhesive without causing damage to protective cover. I ended up not using.

There is a negative review here, I don't know why unless they received an early product sample. A bit confusing on the "thicker" film being what is actually fit onto the surface. This screen protector fit my 8.4" screen in a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL perfectly. It has a few grammar issues in the instructions and I didn't find the prep kit very useful. I sprayed my own cleaner and put on latex gloves for the installation. Used a credit card to smooth away any bubbles. I've seen some "wear" places on other screens from not having a protector, mine didn't have any. I would advise use of a product like this in the Jeep, the appearance can get scratchy and worn if you don't and I am not the type of person that is typically one to use screen protectors. Better safe than sorry.

Just like installing a screen saver on phone. If you know what you are doing you will have no problems.Once installed I noticed no change in terms of touch sensitivity or glare.Put something on your screen immediately - even if not this. I am nice to my screen and hardly use it, but it was scratched after 2500k miles and 2 months. I do have a 14 yo daughter with fingernails like Thor's hammer, but I think the anti glare coating from the factory scratches too easily. I only noticed the scratches when installing this protector, but they were very prominent when the display is off. The protector helps hide the scratches a lot, so it never too late.Good luck!

The screen protector will get the job done but the materials included to prep the screen were unusable. Overall, low quality but easy to apply and it fits.

Very easy to install. They provided cleaning pads were dried out, fortunately I had my own alcohol prep pads to clean the screen. Air bubbles came out easily after a day and several dust spots were easily removed using transparent tape. Screen protector does not appear to be a finger print magnet. After several days of use, the screen still looks clean.
