I can't say enough about how great the customer service is! This closet system comes in three boxes. FedEx was horrible with the deliveries, but the company was quick to respond. Communication was top notch. When my last box finally arrived, it was missing some parts due to the large hole in the box- again, this is FedEx's fault. The company immediately responded sending out the missing hardware. This closet itself is so nice! It took two of us to put it together. It wasn't difficult as long as we used the instructions. We are still waiting to finish it, and I will upload pictures of the finished product. So far, I love it! I would definitely order from this company again.

The pic of the product is deceiving because it appears as though this a freestanding unit as pictured. This unit came in two boxes with two different sets of instructions with no way to connect the two to each other. It looks great and we figured out a way to attach the two but needed a bottle jack to hold up the first section until we completed the second section. Now that it’s put together we love it and bought 3 other Besiost units to complete the closet. It could’ve been 5 stars if we didn’t have to buy additional hardware to put it together.
