I got this cozy green sofa for the newly finished rooftop space attic which immediately becomes a perfect little nest for myself! It is now my favorite corner for listening to music, reading, or just daydreaming with a cup of tea. Top covering and base are durable and well made - sturdy. Arms and back fold down very easily. With a 3 inch topper it makes an extremely comfortable extra bed. I have a small room and was surprised how much room I gained with the futon. I bought it, not only to make more room, but to have a place for a guest to sleep. This futon, with a little modification, works nicely.

I'm 65 y/o. It is very pretty to me. Very easy to manuever and fasten together. Simple and easy to put together. Comfortable to sit on. It's soft and the material is not thin or flimsy. Color is beautiful.Comfortable to stretch out on. I love the corduroy! 660 lb. weight limit, and it is very sturdy. I weight 220 lbs. I'm very happy with a place for folks to sit. I was hoping to be able to sleep on it once in a while, but had 15 broken bones last year in a car accident and with arthritis and age I just can't sleep on it YET. I'll update on that later when it changes. 🙂 But the grandkids love it and can sleep on it! It's a great piece and great price! Oh! And you can store lots of books behind the folded up part. 😁
