Finally a great price for this sauce that is my American wife's favourite. The bottles are huge at 20 oz. We only ever saw 15 oz bottles at the supermarket in America which cost approx. $5 each. No more lugging bottles back in the suitcase. Very happy with this purchase.

優しい味のお醤油です。唐揚げの揉み込みに使用した時に、本領発揮…尖っていない塩味なので、ニンニクや生姜など他の調味料の味もしっかりします。いつもの唐揚げより、確実に美味しい…たくさん作ったので、ご近所の唐揚げ大好きさんにお裾分けしたところ、子供達が美味しいとケンカして奪い合ってたとお褒めの言葉をいただきました。瓶なので、捨てるのが面倒だなとも思いましたが、それを上回る美味しさ、常備決定です。
