I was having some problems with my bicep tendon and I felt that, if I could just support it in some way, that would help it start to heal. Within a few minutes of putting-on this wrap, I immediately felt better. I wear it whenever I'm going to be doing anything strenuous with that arm (for instance, at the gym) and, day by day, everything is feeling better and better. I'm confident that I'll soon be able to do without it, but I'm taking it slowly, because tendonitis doesn't go away quickly. At any rate, I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend this compression sleeve to anyone feeling the need for more support. Also, the sizing chart is correct. I ordered a Medium, based on the diameter of my arm, and it fits perfectly.

Love this. Purchased for the recovery of a torn bicep. Easy on/off. Just the perfect amount of compression. Very helpful in my recovery and for starting to lift weights again. My only regret is that I ordered it at the end of my physical therapy, wish I would have had it at the start. I am still wearing it to the gym. I am a petite female and ordered the small. Perfect fit.

Have tiny Rotator Cuff tear, bursitis, tendinitis,and arthritis all in one shoulder and boy is it painful and limiting. I put the cuff on and at least the pain stops. Doesn't cure it but my mind isn't entirely focused on it now and I can function.I had a steroid shoot and PT next week or so but this is definitely the best thing I've tried.

This actually helped a sore tendon very much. I wore it for a couple weeks and when the pain stopped, took it off. I am saving it in case the pain returns.

Needed this as i pulled my bicep and it was hard to sleep or move my arm. Don't always need it, but if i feel my arm is tired i will put it on. I alternate using this and a SalonPas patch depending where i am feeling the pain that day or night. Washes well in laundry, Wash and dry with my everyday clothes or towels. This injury does take a long time to heal and with COVID I am not about to a medical center for an MRI. I definitely see improvement.

Neoprene compression sleeve fits nicely over your bicep/tricep - just follow the sizing instructions. I purchased the large to wear while working out as I am having pain in my bicep. Comfortable to wear, provides nice support and warmth to the muscle. Have washed once in the washer with no issues.

Bought after I injured my biceps muscle. I tried a couple other wraps and this is the best by far. The material keeps the arm warm and the muscle compressed making movement easier. Easy to clean and you can dry in the dryer.

Fit smaller than expected, this seller is great to deal with no problem exchanging it for a size up.

This brace/sleeve did not work for me. I was in pain from a serious injury so I ordered it express. Total over $100.00 I have since returned it. I have heard nothing more. No refund. I am not sure what to do next

I have used it faithfully for several weeks now and I don't see a difference at all. Still have a sore arm.

too small !! I measured and it way too tight and I am not a big man !!
