I like that I can change the time because different parts of the body need different times.Overall this a great set if you are looking to get into the benefits of red light therapy. The lamp is the easiest to use and the wrap works well for targeted therapy. It is a great value for the cost because you get two red light therapy devices. They are both very durable and will last for many treatments.

I can feel the impact of my neuropathic feet and my shoulder (injury rotator cuff). Very pleased with this.The stand is a bit cheap (had challenges tightening the arm portion. It won’t last long, it’s junk), but I’ll come up with something when it breaks.The Red Light Therapy is therapeutic and relieves discomfort. Time will tell on the long term effects. I’ll give it 4/5 stars on due to the stand/arms. I still highly recommend this product.
