This Ruikety Book Shelf Reader Figurine is even cooler than I was expecting and is actually more versatile than I initially thought.I ordered this with the intention of using it for decor in my newly built library, but it's heavy and could easily be used as a bookend for heavy books. I love this sculpture! It's heavy enough for a bookend and sophisticated enough to be a work of art. It depicts an activity that's a major part of my life. For me, it represents the knowledge and wisdom that can be gleaned from reading and being exposed to the thoughts and experiences of others. I'm going to make a display in the oak cabinet that surrounds my television that consists of this sculpture supporting three or four of my gold leaf bound books of the classics. It's going to be epic!
