The Beauty of Horror 3: Haunted Playgrounds Coloring Book

My daughters and I love these coloring books. This one is really fun as it has a carnival theme. The author is very creative!

OMG!!! I LOVE THIS EDITION OF THE BEAUTY OF HORROR COLORING BOOKS. I THINK THIS IS MY FAVORITE ONE. I LOVE THE CREEPY ARTWORK AND WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME COLORING IN THIS BOOK. THE PAGES ARE A NICE THICKNESS AND YOU COULD PROBABLY USE WATER BASED MARKERS AS LONG AS YOU DON'T COLOR OVER AND OVER. ALCOHOL BASED MARKERS WILL GO THRU AND RUIN THE IMAGES ON THE BACK OF THE PAGE . IT TAKES COLORED PENCILS WELL THERE ARE VERY DETAILED IMAGES AS WELL AS MORE SIMPLE ONES. A GREAT JOB ON THIS BOOK AND I CAN'T WAIT TILL THE CHRISTMAS BOOK COMES OUT IN OCTOBER TO ADD TO MY COLLECTION

Great gift for adults or children. I like how thick the pages are, I’ve been using my color pencils , but I think I’ll try out the marker pens. Definitely won’t bleed through because the paper is nice quality.

I ordered this book but have not colored any pictures yet. I attached a few from the book. If you have other Beauty of Horror books, be sure to add this one. Love this series. I hope they do more.

i got this because i just really wanted a nice coloring book and this is absolutely great if love horror and the drawing are so nice and finely lined. the pages are also thick but alcohol markers will bleed to the other side because the pages are double sided

Okay so, I expected this yesterday but I'm not really upset about it seeing as how there's a pandemic going on and all, I've got nothing but time xD. Anyway, I was super excited about this, and I wasn't disappointed. I've been a horror lover my entire life so needless to say I had to get this when I stumbled across it. The pages have just the perfect amount of detail, neither over or under done, which is great because that's one of the main issues I have when finding coloring books. It's perfectly macabre and gore-y, and the pages are good quality from what I've seen, not too thin and not too thick. There is a minor defect (if you can even call it that) at the top of the spine, not a big deal at all though and it was easily removed. I'm super freaking excited to get started in this, I just wanted to write a review before I forgot lol. Thanks for reading! And thanks to Alan Robert for putting out these kick ass coloring books, they make my creepy little heart happy 🖤Also, sorry for the upside down and sideways pictures, I didn't take them that way, either my phone or my Amazon app is responsible for that. I love this series by Alan!!! It is a true horror coloring book and if you are scared of clowns... yep .. this book will do it! I bought this third book first but as soon as I had it in my hands I quickly bought the other 2 and preordered the Christmas edition. I am addicted. The paper in this book is also very good for either pencils or water based markers and I even tried Inktense on the color palette page which is also a AWESOME idea.. there are not very many books in the adult coloring world that gives you a few pages for your “sinister combos”. Just an all around great book and great quality. I am eagerly awaiting my other two books to be delivered tomorrow and I will be posting my thoughts and review on them! Highly recommend! The only thing I didn’t like was how big of a background some of the pages have because I am terrible at creating them but that’s a personal preference and have no bearing on the art and layout of the book!

La calidad del papel es muy buena. El gramaje es alto y eso permite acuarela en ambos lados del papel. Y bueno, las ilustraciones bellísimas.
