Lightweight, comfortable and love the flap on the back. Kept the sun out of my eyes and off my neck and upper back. I always seem to burn no matter what I do on the back of my neck and upper shoulders. But this hat was great for covering up that area. Easy to roll the flap up and tuck it into the little compartment on the back of the hat and no one knows it's there. Would highly recommend if you want something that is comfortable and cool but covers that areas that other brimmed hats do not. I'm a woman so even though this is a "mans" hat it doesn't look it, very unisex look and extremely functional.

This is a great hat. Perhaps not the most fashionable, but if you're looking for sun protection this is a good choice. The hat is light weight, has mesh around your head so it breathes well, and if it's really sunny you can use the optional neck protector. The wide brim alone offers good sun protection, but if the sun is beating down, unroll the neck protector and give yourself some more shade. Perfect for the beach, or outside work or play. I hate slathering on sun screen, so this offers protection without that greasy feeling. My head measures 23 inches around, and it's a good fit with the elastic band all the way out. I'd say I'm at the limit of comfort though. I person with a 23.5 or 24 inch head may be okay, but anything larger I think would be too tight. If you have a smaller head, then no worries.

I own a lot of sun hats. I have blonde hair and fair skin. Some sun hats I've bought sit in the closet, used a time or too. But this brand is better than any I've owned. Light material, nice venting, and great flap on the back. Sometimes for just a short time, I can turn the whole hat a little when the sun is at the side of my face. It's not comfortable to keep it that way but it blocks the sun when it right in my left or right side.

I am now purchasing my 3rd one of these, in a different color, because they're just that good. They have held up to years of wear and tear very well, they look great with just about everything, the flap in the back is great sun protection that I need, and I love how the hat folds up or rolls up into practically nothing without any creases or issues that you can see when wearing it. I highly recommend these hats, I have zero complaints about them except I wish they came in more colors.

Very lightweight but stitched well. The chin string is adjustable and very helpful on windy days. The venting in the top of the hat is very effective for keeping the scalp cool. Good fit for a general, one-size fits all. It fit me (5’3” and my father, 6’2”); so small person and big person both had the same hat in different colors.

Perfect for tropical climate. Great for daily wear, washable, neck flap can be tucked into a built-in pocket.
