Not much to say really, does what it's meant to. Like others say it can be a little nosey, but this can be solved by simply either adjusting the air cap either tighter or looser. Or by shifting your hand/fingers up to keep the cap in place.Initially I was a little disappointed by it's the sensation it was producing, but with a few simple tweeks, opening the cap a little more to let more air in/out and changing the angle to suit my fella better, as well as using the full length of the insert I was soon in heaven. they say the tighter the air cap end the better the suction, which is true. Great feeling soft sleeve.
