Personally I hate using heat or anything harmful on my hair. I am so happy I discovered these curlers! They are flimsy so it’s nothing hard on your hair and you are able do sleep, kinda. Personally I dont like the rollers pressing against my head at night but it’s just one night of bad rest. I suggest you get a fluffy pillow when you do this. Anyways I gotMy hair wet and put these rollers in, I also suggest you put some gel and hairspray in your hair before you do these curlers as that helps with the curling process I feel like. The next morning I took them out and my hair was rolled! I am very satisfied with this. There was no damage done to my hair and that is what is most important. I also suggest getting a cap to put over your whole head when sleeping. It helps keep the rollers in place!

It's a good set of rollers and curls my hair pretty well. I like how they feel on my head when I'm sleeping. They are not hard like some are.

I had to add extra knots so that the hold on my hair would be tighter. I don't think theres a way to avoid creases on the hair, which sucks because the curl is cute otherwise. Easiest curlers I've slept on. Curls didn't last. Might look better on white girl hair 🤷🏽‍♀️

These work super good!I have short hair, about down to my chin. Washed my hair, rolled these in, tied them off, and slept on it. Woke up with bouncy curls when the curlers were removed! Lots of curlers don't work on my hair because it's so short, but these seem to do just fine. :)

Great idea, but having short hair, I couldn't get these to stay in my hair. The band isn't tight enough, & if I tightened them, it may rip into the curler since it's a foam. I believe this would work if you have thick hair.

I do not recommend these... I slept with them in and woke up to right frizzy curls

I was super excited for these, got them and put them in, but they drooped about halfway down my head. I was very disappointed! I would recommend the Walmart ones.
