Smaller than expected but paltry surprised at how well it works. Gave my husband a massage and he's not a small man. There is a lot of surface area and I had to add more oil as I went to each leg and arm and was afraid I would use this up to fast. However when I finished the massage and packed up my table I noticed not much of the oil was gone at all. A few drops was enough to coat each part. It absorbed well and smells great. He doesn't like strong smells and had muscle issues so I wanted something that would be warming without being a dang lube related oil. The cinnamon in here was just enough to create a bit of heat during massage but not enough to burn his skin. The vanilla combined with it was very nice. A lot of muscle warmong oild have menthol in them which he hates so I'm so glad we found an oil that does warm a bit with use without adding menthol or require loads of it to glide over the skin.

Smells and tastes just like honey. The bottle is small and glass. Don't let the size fool you. A little goes a long way. This also absorbs well into the skin for massages. No sticky mess.

Wife got this item and massage mit to give her a massage with. She's the best.

It didn’t smell as good as I expected. It was just ok. I kept it as I like the pureness of ingredients and that it is edible. Nice glass bottle, but smaller than expected. Thought the actual vanilla bean in the bottle was a nice touch.

Edible Vanilla massage oil was my introduction to Herb and Root. I would change its name to something more intriguing. Because, this smells so wonderful, it makes me smile every time. It feels just as amazing. The consistency is perfect, and you want to keep it on your skin and allow its luxurious smell and feel to stay with you and soak right in. It won’t stain your clothes either. We look forward to sampling the other flavors and scents.My only suggestion is a different top to dispense it. The cap and top can get a little messy and you lose some of the precious oils. Possibly a pump.. other than that we are completely happy.Highly recommend.

I love the bottle and the vanilla bean in it. Not too fond of the pour spout, think essential oils drops, which is not good for a massage but it can be popped out. The consistency is good in the way that it absorbs well but you’ll need a good amount if your massaging any part of your body. The smell reminds me of white cake, and smells good but once I poured a couple drops on my arm the smell became over powering and made my head hurt. I appreciate that this is a clean product so I will try the cocoa one next and I hope I can handle it a little better.

Fantastic oil, great fragrance that's not too strong and overly greasy. Please make a travel size version that's TSA approved.

Very good smell... Taste is good also
