I have yet to take this pillow backpacking, but I have played blown it up, put my head down on it, etc.The pillow seems great.- The texture on the top is a short "fuzzy" feeling, which I like.- The value works well. It is easy to inflate and deflate.I knocked off a star cause it is heavier than the precise weight it claims to be.- Claimed packed weight: 0.16 lbs (72.57478 g).- My packed weight: 0.18798817 lbs (85.27 g)- My weight without the stuff sac: 0.1781776 lbs 9 (80.82 g).Packed weight includes the stuff sack. I used a scale that I freshly calibrated and tested with calibration weights.My experience at this price point is every one lies about the weight, but that doesn't make it right. I shared this info because some backpackers count each gram, especially for a luxury item.

I bought one of these pillows on a whim to test. The price was so reasonable I wasn’t too worried about it. I was instantly impressed with how light and compact it was. Next, the inflating method was easy, fast and so effective that i ended up inflating mine to rock hard levels the first time. It took a little patience to pull out the deflate plug but once I did it worked great! It was completely deflated instantly. I have another pack pillow from a different company so I had my son help me with a side by side test. This pillow inflated twice as fast and deflated and packed away four times faster. It takes a little practice to figure out the right inflation level for you but it can be done. I know this because I bought four more! One for each member of my family. We’ve used them in hammocks and on the ground. I love this product!

Fine pillow, but it was supposed to be green and it’s blue. For the somewhat unorthodox purpose I needed it for, green would have been better (I’m writing on it in Sharpie and it would show up more), but it’s also not worth the hassle of returning. It’s frustrating when descriptions are not accurate.

I got this camping gear for my backpacking next week. It's very comfortable and well-made, I’ve I've spent several nights with it and there is no discernible leakage for now. Amazing quality.It can be inflated and deflated within seconds, super light weight and compact, takes very little room and so convenient to carry around with. Love it.For the size, I bought several camping pillows and most of them kinda small for me even inflated, but this one is perfect, slightly longer and this shape is kinda like my pillow at home, makes me feel good when I sleep on it during camping.All in all, I am satisfied with this purchase and thanks to the seller.

I bought this for a camping trip and it was excellent. It is so compact and comes with its own case. It is very easy to inflate and deflates really quickly. It was like sleeping with my pillow from home. I am a side sleeper and found this pillow was perfect for me.

So comfy! This pillow inflates and deflates easily. When deflated, I fold it up. It ends up being 1/4 inch thick and 3x4. So it fits easily in any where. When it is inflated it is exactly like the picture shows. It is so comfy and full. I love the bonus of it looking like it has a smile face on it. The green side is a softer material than the other side.

I had to find a sweet spot in the inflation of this pillow... too full and it popped out from under my head. Too soft and I might as well not had it. Few nights I was able to get it at a level that I found comfortable!

I bought this for my 4 year old for our camping trip this summer. She LOVED it! She loved having her own special camping pillow and it's super cute with it's smiley face. It packed nice a small so I just tucked it in the middle of her rolled sleeping bag. It blew up super fast with little effort and held it's air great and deflated just as easily. If was comfy and soft and a good size. I'm actually thinking about getting one for myself.
