Q: The strength won’t adjust anymore. I’ve only used it once so far. Anyone else have this issue?

I have used mine several times right out of the box and havent even charged it yet. You can adjust the settings to different pulses by using the up and down,left and right keys. The center button changes it to different pulse I think. If this doesnt work, try contacting customer service to get a new one or a refund.

I bought the tens unit for my back and I can say I am extremely satisfied I am a certified chiropractic assistant and I must say using this system which is very much like the one at work and it’s not intensified as much as the ones at work but it will get the job done and works very well you don’t want a high intensity of electronics stem elation you don’t want it to sting or bite you do want it to move the blood through the muscle to help with the pain and the healing process you don’t want it to hurt you don’t want it to make your muscles jump either so sitting it at a very high intensity I would not recommend but I would set it to where it is comfortable.
