I originally got this as a gift for my parents, as they seem to have increasing back/lower back pains as they grow older. For the price, it is fair quality and seemed to have positive effects. It comes in a clear case with instructions on the different levels of use depending on a person's ability to tolerate pain.

Gotta say this mat is really neat. Purchased this and I’ve been using it everyday for a week. At first it was intense, but as I got used to it I find it relaxing now. This morning I actually woke up and my back didn’t ache like usual. Not sure it’s from using this mat or not, but seems like it. Time will tell.

I sit at the computer for several hours a day. Lying on Supportiback not only feels good but also energizes me.

I've only used it a few times and here is my take on it. It is much sharper than I thought it would be. It takes some getting used to. I'm not sure I've felt any "benefits" from it so far. Definitely not sure it is worth the money I paid for it (and I bought one as a gift and now feel foolish for giving it as a gift). I will re-review after trying it a few more times if I feel my original review was incorrect.

This uncomfortable!!!

The mat has decent cushioning below the spikes. Have only used it a couple time so far. Hard to say if I’m feeling the effects though. The neck pillows spikes were WAY too uncomfortable for me to use, so I flip it upside down and just use as a regular pillow for neck support.
