sturdy and durable
This resistance band is sturdy and durable. The black band gets tight very quickly. You might need to buy a few in order to find the right tension for your target exercise. It offered strong resistance for every exercise my husband tried, with no concerns about snapping.

I have the black one. These are excellent bands! Good and thick, true to the weights listed. No finicky beads or thin materials that risk snapping. Comfortable in hand, easy to grip. Sweat doesn't make overly slippery or oily VERY easy to clean. No unpleasant rubber smells.This is exactly as simple and perfect as a resistance band should be. Comfortable, good grip, no worries about it falling apart, good length.No complaints at all...very happy with this.
