Rough Country 4" Suspension Lift Kit for 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty 4WD - 50130

Everything was great rides great! It really sits up almost to a 6 inch. I had to get my 4wheel drive shaft extended but that’s not much money and trans shop can do it. It’s very common when u go up 3 -6inches Need 2 people to install. I would not do in a driveway. Luckily I had a shop but it might be worth paying a shop to install it roughly took 9 hrs to install on my truck.

Totally UNIMPRESSED with ONTRAC as a courier service. I wouldn't purchase this product through Amazon. I would buy direct from the manufacturer from the start. The product is an awesome product once you have received everything you need. My particular "kit" did NOT come with all necessary pieces to complete the project. I had to contact ROUGH COUNTRY directly to resolve which additional items were needed to be able to drive my vehicle. 1st issue, because I had a 2 piece rear drive shaft, it required a carrier bearing spacer / drop block. 2nd, it doesn't include risers for my air bags to work with the lift kit, also requiring additional parts. Both issues would have been recognized as needed parts if I would have dealt directly with the supplier from the start. Instead, another shipping delay with my truck unusable, plugging up a shops valuable space until all the parts were finally delivered after packages were lost in shipping. Amazon's "process" for missing and or lost merchandise is to file an 8 day investigation of the lost parts, eventually resulting with a refund, and then going directly to the supplier anyway to replace what had vanished into thin air. That is what ONTRAC told me my options included. I called ROUGH COUNTRY directly, they figured out what was missing, added the additional needed parts to the lost parts, and OVERNIGHTED the items free of charge. Lesson learned. Specialty parts should be discussed with the experts that make the parts to avoid this frustration and unnecessary delays. The "savings" hoped for through AMAZON, was not a savings at all in this case, but a really expensive mistake on my part. From the loss of use of my company truck for over a week, having to rent a truck to use in it's place, and rescheduling jobs, the whole situation sucked. All things aside, ROUGH COUNTRY is a great product. GO DIRECT.

None of the part numbers match what they should be for my vehicle application, it says everything needed to lift yet I didn’t get a drop pitman arm so It’s not in fact everything I need to lift now I’m stuck with half a lifted truck until I get stupid arm,

The ride and look is perfect. Made my truck a different tuck.

…and it was missing the springs. Returned the previous return.

Installed on 2001 f250 (4 inch all springs) wish they would send shackle (spring end) bolts you have to cut at least the two front ,on front leafs because they hit radiator. And the two rear of the rear leafs. They will hit frame. Was also disappointed that the u bolts were smaller than factory. Lift fit good . And looks great.
