Great Book
The book means what it says, it was meant to find me when I needed it most. I opened the package and wasn't able to stop reading for hours. I made it a little over halfway through the book in my first sitting, it is worth every second of reading. It has helped me more than I thought it would when I originally purchased. I very highly recommend
