publisher skimps on color in ebook
Olaf Sporns is a very clear writer and his treatment is excellent. I was disappointed, however, in the kindle ebook version for two reasons:1) Figures only appear in greyscale. This is important when color is the distinguishing feature of objects in the figures. The failure to make the colored figures available in such a case cripples the effectiveness of the ebook version. People at least deserve to know what they are buying.2) This "Print replica" version is like reading a pdf...we don't have any control over the size of the font and cannot alter the background or reverse the black and white. This means you have to individually zoom each page to read (unless you have excellent eyesight). This makes paging rather tedious.

Fine treatment of an important field for the nonspecialist
Sporns does a fine job of summarizing research in this important field in a manner that is readable for the nonspecialist.

If you like graph theory, it's good
I keep hoping for a picture book showing the white matter tracts, but what I get is graph theory instead

Not much new on human connectome
This is new book on recent developments in the human connectome. Regrettably there is not much new to reportfrom the last book by the same author. Some of the chapters are a bit superficial for people in the field and mightbe too difficult for general public.
