Love this light...only thing is it quit working when the remote stopped working. I changed the battery and reset the remote but the light on the remote doesn't work and now the light won't work either.....no contact information to get a new remote.

Overall I think the light is pretty good, especially compared to other similar items available. I purchased it for use in my garage, where the motion activation is useful so that as I go in and out, sometimes with my hands full, I don't have to go hunting for the light switch, but also don't have to leave it on all the time so bugs aren't as attracted, and spiders don't nest around it.It seems motion sensitivity is something no light does well, but the ability to change the settings makes this light acceptable. Other lights I found either had way too short timings, or were way too sensitive. Both can be adjusted on this light. For duration you can set it to one of 5s/1m/5m/10m. For sensitivity you have just high and low.The high sensitivity setting is useless, as a microbe crawling around on the floor is enough to trigger it. The low sensitivity is a little less sensitive than I'd like, as it doesn't trigger until I get several feet into the garage, or if i'm at my workbench not moving much it'll turn off. But it's tolerable, especially given that I can set the timer to 5 minutes. And with the remote they provide, if I'm going to be in the garage a while, where those settings might not be enough, it's very easy to set it to permanently on.So all in all, decent light, but the ability and ease of changing settings makes up for the deficiencies.

I purchased this 6000 lumen/6000k Daylight LED (and a $40 7200 lumen/6000k Daylight LED from XCHENYU) to replace (2) 300 watt incandescent bulbs in my 2 car garage, which has a 10.5 foot ceiling (somewhat high). This way I could compare the 2 LEDs for brightness and quality, in the same environment. Frankly, I found very little difference in "total light" when compared to the (2) 300 watt incandescent bulbs that you can purchase for $8 each. Although I do appreciate the brightness (and reduced power and heat) of an LED, since I have (2) 4 foot LED Shop Light units over my workbench area in that same garage, I expected a bit more out of these LED units. However, I did find this $25 6000 lumen/6000k Daylight LED from GRG just as bright, and a better value, over the $40 7200 lumen/6000k Daylight LED from XCHENYU. Of course, only time would tell which unit proved to be more reliable? Since I don't turn these 2 overhead garage lights on for that long of time (so little power or heat), and use my LED Shop lights much more, I returned both and reinstalled my 300 watt incandescents. However, if I wanted an LED for this purpose, I would definitely choose this unit over the other more expensive units.

I like the light very much. We have it in our garage. The adjustability of the settings with the included remote is good. However, it would be helpful to be able to lower motion detection sensitivity a little more. At 100%, it was way too sensitive for our liking. Walking in our kitchen would activate it. Even at 50% sensitivity, it sometimes activates if we walk by the door between the kitchen and garage or past the window to the outside. It would be nice if the light panels could swivel left and right for better aiming.

The is a 60w (6,000 lumens). I almost purchased the 80w. Glad I did not, as this is SUPER BRIGHT!! I was going to use it in my workshop, but it is too bright and my workshop ceiling is not so high, so I was accidentally getting too much of the light (LEDs) into my eyes, and I ended up seeing stars. So, I put my old LED light bulb back into the workshop and placed this LED on to my floor lamp. So the LEDs (again super BRIGHT) are facing the ceiling like those OLD halogen floor lamps did. Remember those old halogen lamps that would get super hot and you could not place them close to the curtains. So, this works for me as an alternate use - its now in my basement (MAN CAVE). It may look tacky, but it sure brightens up the ceiling and wall. I used my cell camera to take the pic, so it does not capture the full brightness it gives to the basement. Anyway, I am happy I purchased this LED. I'm a tacky guy, so it suits me!

These lights are great!I have looked at (and even bought) similar motion-sensing lights in the past, but they all had one issue in common -- they would shut off shortly after motion is no longer detected. And when you are working in your garage -- having the lights shut off on you as soon as you stop moving around gets really annoying!!!But these lights have an adjustable timeout setting... Adjustable motion and light sensitivity too (but those were less important to me). So I ended up replacing two lights in my garage with these and they made a huge difference!!! BTW, the lights came with little remotes that allow me to make timer and sensor adjustments without having to break out a ladder, which is a nice bonus. Bottom line: great product - highly recommend!!!

Used in the shed. Lights are very bright and need to be aimed so that you don't have to look directly at them. Great for overhead applications. I'm using them over a workbench.

Worked perfectly for 19 months, then suddenly failed.

This is the best light for garages, craft rooms and undeveloped basements. We gave bought 2 for our son and 1 for our daughter and I for us so far. Great value and excellent purchases. Highly recommend.

I bought this for a scale model workbench after seeing it reviewed by Flory Models. Super happy with the purchase, easy to install, light quality is good, bright but not crazy bright which is ideal. I’d highly recommend this for overhead desk illumination, for larger areas you will need two or three.

Screws in like a lightbulb and is extremely bright and a great value. Will def buy more for the shed and wife’s side of the garage.
