Taliah Waajid Black Earth Products The Strengthener, 6 Ounce

I started my natural journey in 2016 and it is currently halfway my back. I must be honest and say that I neglected my hair for a while. I simply "didn't want to deal with it." Boy, was that a huge mistake. I was already using TW products, but I wasn't using them as often as I was supposed to. So, I used the appropriate TW products to detangle, wash and condition my hair. I then applied this hair strengthening butter and immediately feel in love with the way that it made my hair feel, look and smell. There are way too many products out there for natural hair that gives it that "hard, weighted down" feeling, but this doesn't do that at all! My hair feels extremely light and fluffy - just the way I like it. Not only that, but it makes my have glisten and shine. Gone are the days that my hair looked dry and dull, and I am extremely happy about that! I have been using this product daily/every two days for a couple weeks now, and I've already noticed a huge difference in the overall quality of my hair. As long at the product is made, I'll be using it!

I have used Taliah Waajid hair products before... the hair oil after a shower/shampoo really helps restore moisture to African-American hair. But the hair butter... oh my gosh really makes the hair soft! My wife now stops behind me while I'm watching TV and runs her fingers through my hair for about five minutes. Makes it difficult to watch the game, but hey, it's worth it!

I normally purchase this product from stores like CVS or Target, but for some reason, everywhere I went over the past few weeks was out of stock. The jar I had at home was getting REALLY low so I just ordered some on Amazon.The consistency is NOT the same. The jars I purchase from the stores is smoother, but still has the specks in it. The one I ordered from here was more gritty, not as smooth. I used it anyway because I HAD to do my hair. However, as much as I've liked the product, I think I need to find something else that is comparable, but without the little specs. I don't like that in my hair.I love her products, but for some reason, this was not the same. My hair turned out fine, but I just need to find something new.

It locks moisture into my 4c hair REALLY well, hair stays with moisture for up to a MAXIMUM of two weeks *of course wrapping your hair in a satin scarf and or sleeping on your satin pillow cases is what I did and have always done still kept in moisture well for me*

I love this stuff. I ran across the product at Target and loved the scent so I figured that I would give it a try and it's become a regular part of my hair regimen. For some reason the Target in my area stopped selling it so I'm so happy that I've been able to find it through Amazon. It really helps to keep my hair moisturized so I think it's great for anyone that gets perms on a regular basis like I do. Great product!!

It’s best to use if your hair is wet or damp, but it’s AWESOME.

Everyone loves the great smell. feels like cocoa butter. makes my hair feel great without being greasy.

Not really sure what happened but the product I've used in the past under the same name was not what I received. Not happy at all!!!!! The new product is WAYYYY to greasy, whereas the original recipe was light and moisturizing. Totally different color, smell, consistency... I will be returning this product.

On m'avait conseillé cette marque pour la qualité de ses composant, mais j'ai été très très déçue en recevant ce produit dont le 1er ingrédient est "PETROLATUM"!! Donc dérivé de pétrole!Donc direct à la poubelle!Achat vraiment inutile!!!
