Bite size chunks is the winning ingredient here
Decided on the bite sized dvd as despite being an active person (dog walking and renovating a half acre garden) I am struggling with motivation . I normally attend pilates classes about 4 -5 times a week but have to acknowledge the lack of classes is taking it's toll. This dvd allows you to dip in and found I could be motivated to do 10 minutes which inveriably has led to more. Glad I bought it as after only 3 days can tell I have lost flexibility and this is encouraging me to regain it . I am in my mid 60s and acutely aware I need to get off my bum if I want to keep an active lifestyle ...this is motivating me.

The 10 minute exercises are very helpful, as it allows me to start gradually and then I can progress steadily at my own pace. Thank you.

Fab pilates dvd
Easy to follow , love the fact that each area to tone is only a 10minute session and you can choose to do more or less.

Great exercise during lockdown.
Great xmas present for my partner who has had to work from home for the past 10 months and wanted to tone up.She finds it easy to follow and highly effective.

Varied workouts stops you getting bored
The dvd provides different combinations of 10 min workouts so you don't get bored with the same workout. And you can choose a workout from 10 minutes to 60 mins depending how you feel. Kept me going for the 30 days.

Its a good stretch and eases back pain
It’s ok but won’t be a favourite more of a stretch warmup rather than a main workout probably do this before a gym workout or a stretch in the Morning before work, I suffer with back problems and this does help with this

Great introduction to pilates
I like the fact it is broken up into 6 x 10 minute routines. I bought this because I was trying to rehabilitate after a bad back. I do the back routine daily and often end up doing a few more. They go quickly and I can see a difference in my muscle tone and shape after 1 month.
