I was looking for a really good voice recorder and I am so happy with this one. In the beginning I didn't know how to use that Noise Reduction feature and from trial and error and experimenting, I am able to cut the unnecessary background noise and am able to hear my meeting notes from all so much better. I highly recommend this voice recorder if you're looking for a good one! Thank you!

Frankly, I have not used it much since buying. Amazon gave me a great price. My only dislike is that it comes with a built in non removal battery. If you run low you are in trouble. To recharge it, you have to connect it to a PC with the included USB cable or purchase a adapter to connect to wall outlet. The sound quality is good and I can upload sound files to my PC wherein I can rename them, play them back at slow or fast speed. Have not used the Dragon software. I purchased this new model because I misplaced my older Sony recorder. The Sony's have worked better than the Olympus and RCA recorders I bought in the past.

Good product, fast service. I just wish this was not a discontinued model.
