I don’t have any problems with mine personally. It’s been helpful when trimming my teddy bear hamster’s back feet. I don’t always use the glass; when I do use it, I adjust it as I go. Having it zoomed all the way into the paw isn’t helpful, so adjust as needed. This won’t fix all you trimming problems, but it helps get the job done even if you can only get a few toes done a session. It works as intended.

Perfidies for use on my hedgehog particularly like the magnifying glass and if you're new to giving your hedgehog it's nail treatment it helps to give them a bath I like to put mine in a sink form water let him play and try to climb out get him nice and brushed lip just warm water then use this great product for a trim

I was able to use this product a few times on my hedgehog and then they locked up. The magnifying glass was perfect to see her nails, and I attempted to get the clippers unlocked, but it was impossible.

Now, we can get Hissy's claws cut without any little accidents at all. That's peace of mind for owner and pet both.

Great product, no complaints. Helps to have the magnifier attached to get a close-up of tiny toe nails.

Whoever is making this product does not own or understand Hedgehogs it's very obvious. The clippers were way too big to fit between a tiny Hedgehogs toes and they were jagged in the sharp part which is dangerous because it doesn't clip properly if the sharp part isn't smooth. Poor quality. Buy some good quality baby nail clippers instead.

This product is amazing for my hedgehog I would definitely recommend for hedgehog owners!

Good for small animals like pet rats care just half try to keep them still

Dwarf hamsters nails are finer and this clipper is not meant for a Dwarf hamster at all. The dwarf hamsters have finer thickness of their nails. It is like trying to clip a persons thick strand of hair. This is not share enough to do fine Dwarf nails. The magnifer also is not for a dwarf hamster. The magnifter goes up in their face while the nail clipper is at their feet or hands. Too bad it doesn't fold down into two positions for two sizes of hamster. Other than that, I think it might be great for very large hamsters, definately great for a rats nails.
