Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving (1 scoop), of Recover with 12-16 oz. of water after an intense workout. For maximum benefit you may choose to take 1 serving (1 scoop), of RECOVER with 8 oz. of water 30 minutes prior to training and 1 serving immediately following an intense workout. RECOVER may also be used a a meal supplement throughout the day. it is important to consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight which can be accomplished through a combination of foods high in protein as well as protein supplements like RECOVER.
