Bought one for my son and his family cos they were plagued by tiny flies (not fruit flies) in Summer. Anyway, it’s brilliant, totally solved the problem. A bit noisy when it zaps one. But i was put off by the prospect of maybe accidentally zapping a bee. Or a moth!

Excellent. Seconds after switching it on it's zapping flies. Most effective in the dark. The machine is silent. The flies being fried is loud😄 Very well made. Highly recommended.

Used this to help battle hornets over the summer. It did a good job, it was like a fireworks show outside during some evenings. It was taking out very big hornets, so all the small things were straight forward for it. Didn’t have any issues, was very straight forward. Could be easier to clean, some insects stuck in there I couldn’t get out after. They just crisped up over time though. Well worth the money.

Does its job really well. Kills insects and attracts them . No smell , It’s a nice size so can be tucked away in a corner . Easy to use just plug it in and switch it on. We live next to a farm so this has had its work cut out and done its job great.

Had a fly infestation but only needed to use this for a few days, is did use a spray as well but this item worked brilliantly. Caught numerous fly's. Would recommend its.

Long term review. This kills flies dead. I live in a farm and can hear this pop all night in my kitchen when another moth or fly bites the dust. It’s not a complaint, I have grown to love the sound. Very good.

I know they don't work very well but better than nothing.

This is different to my smaller zapper. It does zap the flies but they stick to it and continue to fry for ages even after it’s switched off so you can hear it zapping. Also creates a bit of smoke and smell. My previous device just zaps and they die instantly and the noise stops. This one has zapped a fly but not quite killed it so it just keeps buzzing in the bottom. My smaller, cheaper wireless one is more effective unfortunately.
