Slick Honey is a multi-purpose bicycle grease that is especially good on forks. It can also be used for bearings such as the bottom bracket and headset. Slick Honey grease
Slick Honey: Perfect grease for all your MTB suspension and seat post servicing! I used this on a OneUp that was getting sticky in its travel after 3+ years of faithful service. Stripped it down cleaned everything up and then applied a good dose of Slick Honey to all the brass keyways - it runs smoother than it ever did and us back in action again thanks to the superb grease and a 20 minute fettle.
