Gels are pure, no added stuff, easy to swallow. They seem to be absorbed properly!

I use these for my face. After wiping down with my witch hazel wipes, I puncture a hole in one of the capsules, spread the solution on my fingers and spread it on my face. The vitamin E oil from the capsules is moisturizes dry areas and supports, especially at night.

Always buy these and will continue to. Fair price.
