A great sounding and very comfortable headphone well built by Cambridge Audio with a long battery life and a great app to download to change the sound you like and the noise cancelling with a nice case,i would highly recommended these if you want a great soundings headphones that doesn't break the bank.

Have had these for a few months. What a great headphone set it is. It does everything you can ask of it. Can be wireless, wired, even listening via usb-c whilst charging. Music is great, comfort level is pretty good. I use it during long work times, from music to some meetings as well as watching TV and not disturbing others. From past experience, Ive had great headphones causing ear pain for a reason or another. These, remain comfortable. I usually only use it on normal mode (with any set), as rather avoid the the digital changes caused by noise cancelling or transparency. Though this one doesn't cause too much interference. Sometimes I do use transparency, here it could be better. I don't use noise cancelling, likely there are better ones but it does a good job. Avoiding wind noise whilst in any other mode than normal is usually too much of a challenge to many sets. Here is on the surprisingly good side. The app and its equaliser are good too.

Quite simply the best sounding headphones I've heard under £650. I have flagship phones from Sony and Sennhesiser and the Melomania blow them away for clarity, seperation and sheer listenability. Bass is deep and controlled. Voices natural. It comes with most of the bells and whistles of the big manufacturers but if you love music just leave them at the defaults and enjoy something special. Product quality is first class and I'm looking forward to getting to know these better. The only downside I can see is that they are a little heavier than the other flagship headphones but I'm very willing to pay that price. They are perfect for people who actually want sit down and LISTEN to music. You get a hard clamshell case plus quality charging and wired cables. An absolute steal at this price.....I'm so glad I took a chance!

I had the P100 which I thought were brilliant and astonishing value, sadly my sister sat on them and broke one of the stems holding the cup. I have asked CA if its possible and economic to repair them and await an answer. I decided to buy the new SE model and have been listening to them all day. I don't know how CA manage to sell these for £200 because the are astonishingly good. I have owned Sony and B&W and these are so much better, astonishing sound quality, great base, very comfortable and good looking. The upgraded app is a big improvement, I accept that they don't fold and I'm not really bothered about that, I took the P100 to Egypt last year and it wasn't a problem. I own a pair of very expensive IEM's and they are really good but they are 7 times the cost of these. I listened to the 12 inch version of Bob Marley, Waiting in Vain and even at 73 years old they gave me goosebumps.

Strangely I really like them, despite the stars. I wanted non U.S. product which is what led me to these.For the price the noise cancelling is not good enough AT ALL, but for some reason I've come to like it all the same.The volume buttons are useless, again ESPECIALLY considering the price, I just use the volume controls ony phone. I really like the sound quality, the design, and the feel of them when being worn. I love (and this was a key selling point for me) that the battery etc are replacable, I just don't know if that 'replacement' would be affordable and so, worthwhile, yet. It suffices, but for money I'd expect better, especially having used my daughter's German headphones which were less than half the price.

I don't usually bother to write reviews , but Cambridge Audio smashed it!. As a previous owner of the excellent Melomania P100 , a friend sat on my pair. I was very curious when I learned about the SE being released. My only complaint about the P100 being they lacked punch , weight , assertiveness if you will. Their presentation was extremely neutral , sonically unbiased. A plus in audiophile circles probably. However , I mainly listen to metal , & dance music. It frustrated me that although precise & accurate , for me , the bass lacked authority. Having read about the SE's retuning , I took a chance & bought a pair. Well , any reservation about my purchase went out of the window when I heard them. The bass response has plenty of oomph now. In fact , on some of the preset EQ's , perhaps too much lol. Easily remedied with the presets or manual EQ if that's your taste. Do'nt get me wrong , the crystal detail & clarity are still there , but (for me), the sound is fuller. My other pair of bluetooth headphones , are a pair of Bowers & Wilkins PX7 S3's , and I find myself reaching far more for P100 SE's instead. Well done , Cambridge Audio , you've made one of your customers very happy.

Rarely leave product reviews, but these headphones genuinely impressed me. Sound is subjective, but based on my preferences, they are the best headphones I’ve tried and I’ve tested many more expensive models. The soundstage is wide and spacious, with excellent clarity and separation. The bass is deep, controlled and powerful without muddying the vocals or mids Outstanding sound quality and exceptional value, highly recommended.

Sound is good but build seems a bit flimsy. Cannot fold the ears inward which could be a portability issue for some

Sehr schnelle Lieferung! Ich bin sehr viel unterwegs und höre sehr gerne Musik. Der Kopfhörer ist optimal durch seinen guten Klang und die lange Betriebsbereitschaft der Akkus.

I own a lot of audio gear, and every once in a while something comes along that sounds far too good for its price range and the P100 SE happens to be just that! True, it is not necessarily cheap, especially when compared to other products with seemingly the same features at much lower price ranges. However, the fidelity you get with these cans (yes cans ... I am that old) far exceeds its price point! Sound stage could be just a little wider? Yes! But the sound is so balanced, clear, defined with lots of texture that not having a wider sound stage makes it irrelevant to the listening experience. Everything is on point right out of the box, the lows throaty but controlled, the mids textured and the highs very articulated without being at all "shouty." Now, what surprised me the most was the base. Whenever I feel adventurous, I wear one of my JBLs which I absolutely love because its deep notes, but all else ... mids and highs tend to take a bit of a backstage to their base heavy nature. Do not take me wrong, the JBLs sound signature is still extremely welcomed, but since owning the P100SE, I am slowly reaching out less for them and more and more for the Cambridge cans because they give that earthy base without sacrificing any of the mids and highs frequencies. Matter of fact, these cans have made exposed Bose and Sony cans weaknesses. I know sound is subjective, but when you also own high fidelity cans, hence are used to listening to music through vacuum tubes gear, you just do not expect to have a pair of Bluetooth headsets to sound as good as the P100 do. These are now my daily drivers period! Oh, and by the way, calls are crystal clear! Whomever I am having a call with can never tell that I am no a headset, much less if I am outside or in my office. It is not perfect, but considering the price and no mic boom these will absolutely surprise you. :)))

Estos auriculares ofrecen una calidad de sonido superior al que su precio parece indicar. Equilibrado, potente, sin bajos retumbantes ni agudos estridentes. La app es basica pero ofrece control sobre los aspectos principales, anc, ecualizador y actualizacion de firmware. En cuanto a comodidad de uso, aunque no son los mas ligeros, no suponen ningun problema para llevarlos durante horas, sobretodo cuando te has acistumbrado a ellos. Sobre los codecs de audio Bluetooth, encuentro a faltar LDAC pero esto un problema sobretodo por culpa de mi movil Samsung, que no admite formatos Aptx mas alla del basico. Para acabar, la bateria dura una barbaridad, te olvidas casi de cargarlos. Muy contento con este dispositivo, de una marca mas orientada a un oyente audiofilo pero plenamente asequible

Ottime cuffie, ben confezionate, è da urlo la conessione in alta fedeltà con il cavo incluso. Anche in Bluetooth la connessione è stabile e di buona qualità. Durata batteria eccezionale.

Premium build, stylish and most importantly crystal clear sound of highest quality. Maybe lacking bass a bit but overall this is a great product.
