Very good productuseful for physiotherapist

Very firm ball for those with tight muscle knots. Maybe a bit hard if you can't handle deep tissue massage. For me it's perfect to reach all muscle knots as it is a good size. Not too small or too big.

Its worth and easy to use. Not a toy for children. Effectively working for relieving pain

Excellent for my flat feet. Little hard to manoeuvre across my back. Did help but the pain was too intense for total relief and needed a nice massage with tiger balm which works for me. Problem is getting the massager to do the job. 😃Edit: Learning to manoeuvre across back. Helps immensely with trigger points. Hurts like hell initially if the pain is intense and you roll on the trigger point which can be tender, but follow up rolls are helpful to reduce/relieve pain. Highly recommended - something I don't do lightly.

Worth for money

Amazing product....I've been using it for a few days and the pain in my back, neck and shoulder area has reduced a lot...will recommend the Lacrosse ball to everyone.Thank you seller the color and quality is very good. Specially people with long sitting jobs get the ball and keep massaging ur back, feet and hamstring.Also I tried to exercise with a tennis it's good but Lacrosse ball works betterGreat price Great product 👍
