Good but are these best-in-class?
Are not supposed to cost more than INR 8000. These are great but there are some very good options available now at better price point. RHA, A-Jays, Sou dmagic to name a few.

Make Sure your read the Seller Policy
After much deliberation and research I zeroed down on these headphones for workout. However as there are no local stores selling JayBird didn’t know how they would fit, went ahead and ordered them from Amazon. As luck would have it - they did not give a snug fit and there were issues with Bluetooth sync with the app. I tried to return it - only to know it can only be traded for same headphones. Yes you heard me right - No return - only trade for another pair. What they did not tell us was that - the so called new pair - isn’t new pair - it’s repacked earphones being passed as new ones.So 15k down I am stuck with headphones which I can’t use. Ensure you don’t fall for the same.

Warranty Claim
I bought this product thinking i would get the warranty claim when needed but as soon as these earphones stopped working. Amazon and Jaybird both denied to claim my warranty while blaming each other and leaving me stranded with no earphones.

Great replacement to wired earbuds like the Sennheiser CX-300 II
I hesitated to move to bluetooth headphones for a long time (sound, battery, durability). I was a loyal user of the Sennheiser CX-300's, particularly their customer service. It's a big factor for me. But when I read the reviews and made my purchase of the X3's, never had regrets of moving on from Sennheiser. What I love:- Excellent sound with a wide sound stage (highs, mids, and bass)- Adjustable sound profile (you can choose to sound all bass heavy like Beats or choose to have clarity of sound)- Battery (8 hours, with audio warnings and on-phone status, is sufficient for a day or work and workout. I never use up the full 8-hours)- Call quality on both ends is excellent- The wingtips do really help to keep everything in place- The quality of the build and weight, particularly the silicone tips and wingtips. Case is built-well too, no peeling or breaking- The range is quite far, even in-office with walls- Physical activity, running, intense cardio or even boxing, they keep the connection and stay in place very well- The customer service (I lost one of the silicone tips, contacted Jaybird about replacements, and rather than charge me to purchase just what I needed to replace, they sent me a one-time package of new silicone tips, wingtips, neck clip, charge adapter and case - free, no charge!)What I had to get used to:- I struggled at first to adjust to which fit was best for me, in both the silicone and foam tips. Eventually my ear canals became accustomed to the right fit with either silicone or foam- The foam tips do block out ambient noise but after switching back to the silicone, I feel the silicone does a similarly good job and is a bit more comfortable in-ear (but this is a matter of volume and preference)What I don't like:- The replacement silicone tips, after awhile, on occasion, detach itself (fall-off) from the headphones. I'm not sure if it's due to constant put-on, take-off, or the ones I received, or both. But I do fear to lose them. I think this was also a problem for the foam tips.- The foam tips, after constant wear (5 days a week, in the office, and gym), eventually disintegrated (10 months). Having no idea how-long they are supposed to last, I just switched back to the silicone tips. As a habit, I did like switching between tips. I may decide to buy replacement tips eventually- The neck clip broke after 10+ months (helps when you run, the remote won't bounce around as much)- The product registration on the website still does not work!I'm a Product Manager as a job and so I pay attention to what makes great value for products and brands. Overall, I have to say I am a very happy satisfied customer. This product truly has high value for the price. The end-to-end, from the moment you open the package to when you need quick customer support, is all in place. It is truly a great product and great brand. I recommended it to my co-worker who bought two for his kids. When I find a brand/product I like, I stay loyal to them. Thanks JAYBIRD!

The little difference that make these the best earbuds ever. EVER!
This is the best earbuds I've ever used. Ever. I had the original jaybirds, I've had numerous Sony products, I've used Beats, I've had others.... So many others. And then I have up and just went overboard the head, over the ear style.Well this was the best investment my workouts have received in a long time. You will literally forget they are on. You know that ear fatigue all earphones give you? Yeah that dull ache that eventually creeps into the cartilage of your ear is no more and they never fall off or feel loose. Just amazing how much more immersed in my workouts I became and not once did I need to fidget with the earbuds to adjust the fit during a workout.Sound quality is above average but keep in mind these are tiny little drivers. You'll get the most amazingly full sound with the very polished app that comes pairs with the headset. Out of the box the earbuds were disappointing at best in terms of sounds quality. However that's because they come with the "flat" profile from the factory. Just change that and you'll instantly hear the difference. The factory should preset these with something more demoable. The battery life, considering how small and light they are, is amazing at over 8 hours. Yup, 8 hours...I don't actually workout that long but I wear these everywhere and everyday now so that 8 hours is perfect.I know I'll never look at it again but the packaging of this devise is very high quality as well. You can see the folks over at Jaybird really care about their intended market, this product, and how we meet. Really sharp and makes you comfortable with the purchase immediately. You don't feel like you over spent. In fact you feel like you got a great deal.Another great deal included are foam comfort buds. They not only make a perfect fit but they drown out the outside world. More immersion in your music for free! Thank you Jaybird.Charging the headset is the only area I don't love. I like it...I guess. But I looooove the other aspects of this device. It connects to a USB charging solution like everything else these days but you need a dongle that clips onto the in-line audio adjustment device. It feels really finicky at first but you get used to it. I would have appreciated a standard micro USB but then it might not have been sweat proof! It another great reason because there had been to much attention to detail in the other areas to think this is an oversight. I trust Jaybird because they delivered everywhere else. So yeah, I can deal with it."Sweat proof, you say?" Oh haven't I mentioned that yet? No big deal (heavy sarcasm) it's just that their warranty includes being sweat proof! Oh yes, where the other brands say, "oh no, no, no! If you use these while working out and sweat on them, that's on you bucko! Buy another pair suckers!!"Jaybird replies with, "Bring it on! Sweat doesn't bother us! We guarantee it!" And they do. Do you sweat? Or "glow" if you prefer. It's a no brainier.Anyways I absolutely love these. They are the only earbuds for me and I'm so happy I found them! It's the little differences that complete a perfect package that was clearly a labor of love from Jaybird. If you have read to this point you know you're buying them so go do it! You won't regret it.

Battery won't hold charge after a few months
The sound quality and comfort of earpieces is decent, but nothing special. Especially for ridiculous price; I thought I was paying for quality, but really I was just paying to get screwed hard.I've only had these headphones for a few months and the battery will no longer hold a charge. I have not put these headphones through any strenuous treatment, I only wear them for my evening walks.Waste of money. I will never buy a product from this company again.

Comfortable, excellent sound, and a great app. But...
I bought these on 2/24/2017 to replace BlueBuds X that I'd been using for years. The X3's are way more comfortable for me and they sound better to boot. They are lighter and the wings more curved so they end up fitting much better for me.Unfortunately, after 2 months of running 3-4 times a week, they have quit working. While out on a run two days ago, they started out at 80% charge. 1/2 way through the run, the left bud got all static. Volume of the static didn't change with volume changing on the phone (an iPhone 7 if it matters). About 10 minutes later they said 20% charge, then another warning and they shut down. I found it totally odd, but the static continued even after they were turned off.Charged them up, did a factory reset per the FAQ on their website and still the static persisted. Called their support number and the representative ended up setting up a replacement. I was told that I would be receiving an email from UPS with a prepaid shipping label, which two days later I still haven't received. I do find it odd that it would take so long just to get me a shipping label - most vendors get that done in a matter of minutes. To make matters worse, I'm told it will take up to 10 days from the time they receive the defective item back to get my replacement shipped. I asked, but no "advanced replacement" is available (I'd happily provide a CC number if that would enable such a replacement). I've got a race next Saturday - looks like I'll either have to buy new buds, or run silent...totally a first world problem, I know. Still...So, despite sound quality being pretty far above average, having an app that allows considerable audio customization, and being the most comfortable in-ear devices I've ever used, they get 2 stars - honestly pondering 1 star due to customer service being so slow on the return.****Updated 05/09/17****I was hoping to do this update and adding stars, instead I'm marking them down to 1 star. I was contacted by support and they helped get an RMA started. Yesterday I received the replacement X3's - but they are not the correct color. I reached out to them immediately to return these and get yet another pair sent out and 24 hours later I have not heard from support at all. Again. Not impressed...****Updated 05/15/17****So shortly after receiving the wrong replacement item and notifying support, I received a return shipping label and a notification that another new set was on it's way. I received those X3's on Friday (5/12), glad to see it was the correct color and as expected they do work perfectly. I'm happy to be done with this whole affair, bumping the rating to 4 star based their performance and features. Hopefully this pair will last longer, if they do prove more durable then I'll gladly give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!****Updated 07/07/17****Changing the rating again, down to 1. The replacement pair of X3's died today. I had anticipated this as it has been approaching two months since I received them, and over the last few days they've started disconnecting randomly, and also after turning them off and hearing "Power Off" to confirm they end up dead the next day when I try to turn them on. Today it started once again with static while playing then a loud static buzz and disconnect from the phone. Had them on charger for hours while I was at work and when taken off the charger they won't turn on. Put them on the charger and they do come one and even connect to the phone, but it disconnects once removed from the charger and won't turn on again. Sad...here goes another trip to support for RMA #2.
