Dress Up America Police Badge for Kids - Pretend Play PD Badge with Chain & Belt Clip

Looks real, I’m using it as a prop for auditions because I usually audition as a policeman once a month so I thought I would buy that. I’m happy with it. It’s functional and it seems to be made well.

I bought this for my son, who’s 6. I’m not sure why, but he loves police officers. I’m a firefighter, and my other son, who’s 5, has a fireman’s badge. But hey there’s one in every family I guess. It’s good quality, and gives an unrealistic confidence that this child can arrest me, simply for not letting him play on his ipad. And he parked his Go-Kart right in front of the house instead of down the block, so the fire engine can properly stage. He calls me “bruh” now, and has 3 girlfriends. He came in from playing “cops” outback and sat his plastic pistol, and this badge down, asked me to pour him 2 fingers of apple juice, neat. He always tries to narcan the diabetics too.But at least we get to discuss our pensions together.I highly recommend it!

Perfect for a police officer costume for a play. Looks great from a distance. Should hold up for the run of the show. Recommend.

Some of the black paint on the lettering was a little faded but otherwise it was a great costume prop. Leather didn't look cheap and the badge is actual metal. For a costume it's great, you shouldn't need it for anything else anyways.It's also full sized, so it's great for an adult costume. For kids it might me a little big but it could be manipulated to work. Plus kids could get a kick out of it being leather and metal and not some cheap plastic.

This badge was great for a police officer costume (to go along with my donut costume :D)It was quite high quality for the price. The external case is faux leather that seems quite durable and the badge itself is actually real metal. So it has a great weight and sturdiness.The necklace it comes attached to is kind of a standard metal link necklace that holds up fine for normal use. Im sure with a decent amount of force it could be broken. It is probably the most flimsy part of the badge.The clip was not so bad on mine and held the badge onto clothing nicely.
