Cats Like These
I was fostering 5 kittens and bought these for them. They really liked them and the size was perfect for 6 week old kittens. They were chewed on and kicked with no problems. They appear to be a good quality and the kittens loved playing with these catnip mice. It gave them several hours of enjoyment.

Fabric Mice Preferred by Cats and Kittens!
These fabric mice are the ONLY kind my cats and kittens like and unfailingly play with. This is also true of the cats and kittens I work with as a volunteer for a cat rescue group. The furry kinds of mice are duds.

You will NOT regret this purchase!
Our cats have a rather large collection of various mousies (don't all cat parents call them mousies rather than mice??), balls, and a few stuffed fish, but this trio is BY FAR their favorite toys! We've had this trio of stuffed mice from SmartyKat for six months now (as of Feb '23), they are played with daily, and they have all held up (all ears, eyes, nose, and tails still attached!). I think only one is starting to show signs of beginning disembowelment. Considering the price here vs. the price you'll pay for something similar at ANY chain store, and how long these three have stayed together despite heavy daily play*, these are THE BEST VALUE you will ever find! I've bought stuffed mice from the big box chain pet stores, of various brands, and they have either been ignored, or disemboweled within a month. I'm only ever buying from SmartyKat ever again! I literally have nothing negative to say about this purchase, and feel 100% confident in recommending this product to any cat owner/foster parent. Go on, spoil your fur baby!* we keep the stiletto claw tips clipped on our cats, so if you don't clip your kitty's claws regularly, you can probably expect mouse stuffing to be seen sooner. However, I still feel these mice hold up better than more expensive ones I've bought at stores. O:)Details:Purchased: Sept. 2022Review Date: Feb. 2023Price paid at time of purchase: $1.97 [per set of 3 mice] (I did have to purchase 2 sets at the time though - so just under $4 - second set has yet to be taken out of the cupboard and released to kitties)Review stars: solid 5/5 stars!Cat approved: 100% (3/3)Would buy again? DEFINITELY! (once these are destroyed.. might take until Xmas or early next year though)Would I recommend to others: 100% YES!

Instant Hit — My Cat Loves These!
The SmartyKat Skitter Critters Catnip Mice are an absolute favorite in my house! As soon as I opened the package, my cat went crazy for them — the catnip inside is clearly fresh and strong, and the size of the mice is perfect for batting, chasing, and carrying around. They’re lightweight, durable enough to withstand rough play, and come in neutral colors that look nice scattered around the house. It’s great to get a 3-pack too, because my cat loves to stash them in different places like little treasures. If you're looking for an affordable, fun, and cat-approved toy, these mice are a must. I’ll definitely be buying more once they inevitably get hidden under the furniture!

Kitties love this
These toys are cheap & sturdy. Both my cats love to pounce and toss them. Lily even "talks" to them as she plays and looks for them by calling to them.

These particular mice are the favorite of felines!
Our own cats and our foster cats & kittens go absolutely nuts with these mice! By far they are the most popular cat/kitten toy in our house aside from the laser pointer. We have plenty of other catnip toys, including other mice, but for some reason these particular mice are the cat's meow so to speak.😻 Amazon has the cheapest price compared to the in-store prices at my local PetSmarts, PetCos, Targets, WalMarts, Shopkos & KMart on both the 3 pack and 10 pack. Our current foster mama cat claws at, kicks, throws and gnaws on these mice all the time and they do not come apart at the seams like some stuffy toys do. These are sturdy. If you need to wash them(I do if they get dirty, land in a litter box and between fosters) I put them in a small zippered mesh wash bag(if socks get lost in the wash so will the mice) and toss in the washer & dryer with a load of laundry. To "recharge" them I either spray them with the catnip spray by the same brand or let them sit in a sealed mason jar with actual catnip overnight. She has only managed to chew part of the tail of 1 of them off. You should snip the white tags off prior to giving them though. I highly recommend any cat/kitten owner/foster pick some of these up. Even if you don't have your own cats/kittens, these make a great gift for those who do and you can even donate them to your local rescues for the cats & kittens waiting to be adopted. 😻A little PSA....Animal rescues depend on donations of money for running the rescue, supplies & vetting but they also rely very heavily on donations of supplies(food, litter, cleaning supplies, collars, leashes, treats, TOYS, crates, bedding, litter boxes, etc) to keep the volunteer fosters from having to purchase those things for the animals in their care. There are never enough foster homes as it is and that number would drop SUBSTANTIALLY if the fosters(who are NOT paid) were expected to buy all the supplies & food themselves in addition to caring, rehabbing, training and socializing their foster animals. Most fosters have the time, love & energy to foster but not necessarily the extra money to keep buying the supplies themselves. PLEASE consider donating supplies***(ESPECIALLY dog/puppy & cat/kitten food, litter and puppy/kitten formula)*** to your local rescue so we can continue saving as many animals as possible. best bargain around for quality catnip mice
my kitty loves these soft, simple little mice. they have a long toy life. at first, I leave them all attached to the little card and kitty will rub and roll over it a long time and maybe bite the cardboard. I think keeping them together increases the catnip buzz. then regularly giving each mouse a little squeeze or putting the card in the sun prolongs the catnip life. after she looses interest in the card, I cut the mice loose and throw them around for her to chase. they fit perfectly in her mouth. I find them everywhere next morning.they don't come apart. great quality for such a low price. so reasonable I buy extra packages to take to the local shelter. try them!
