Waste of money. I did not get any results from this product.

I was hoping that this product might live up to even half of it's promises - but that wasn't to be the case. It did nothing for relaxation, helping you fall asleep quickly and have a restful night. Definitely NOT worth the money!

I don’t know what is in this product that makes it smell SOOO bad!!!! Felt like I took a capsule of poo!

I`m sleeping sooooo much better taking this.

I find this combined with Magnesium 150 mg before bedtime really helps you to feel sleepy and ready to sleep without the use of stronger sleeping pills.

I am super impressed with these pills. Instead of taking over two hours to fall asleep it takes less than 20 minutes.
