Dampen nose thoroughly with water and, with dry hands, remove the Step 2 sheet and peel away the plastic film. Carefully place the sheet onto the nose (adhesive side down), starting with the bridge of the nose, then pressing along both sides, and finally curving down the edges of the nose. Leave for 10-15 minutes until completely dry, and slowly remove the , starting from the corners. 3. Place the Step 3 sheet onto your nose, and remove after 5-10 minutes. Gently pat any remaining essence for enhanced absorption. For better results, keep pack refrigerated prior to use for an improved soothing and cooling effect. For external use only.
