Eagle Claw 03020-007 Pliers, Deluxe Skinning, 1 2" Jaws

Bought it to pull silver skin from ribs and it’s tough to get a grip on it.

Bought them for Rib membrane pullers but was surprised to have Alexa tell me my Catfish Skinner had arrived the next day. I feel like Swamp person now.

Exactly what I was looking for to use on chicken tenderloins to remove the tendon.

OK. We were at a BBQ Event last year in Jacksonville, FL and Myron Mixon was there in his Pit Masters booth. He told us two things. 1. Buy the grill grates and your steaks will taste great on the grill. 2. Always take the membrane off of your rack of ribs and use this great tool to do it. Thanks Myron. Now we can be the Pit Masters our own backyard grill.

Our favorite fish (chicken of the sea - very similar to eating a chicken tender, only more tasty!) is so quickly skinned using these pliers. The jaw opens wide enough to grasp the meat & backbone, after cutting behind the head & fin. Hold with the pliers, pull back with the head -> skin & guts strip away quickly & cleanly.

Worked amazing at pulling the membrane from three pork ribs. Each one pulled right off in one piece no problem. This is worth every penny!!! Will be buying as gifts for sure.

The eagle claw skinners were a gift for my next door neighbor. I gave them to her for an mother days gift. She really love them, she is very please with them.
