Breathe in a flow based respiratory workout apparatus designed to improve breathing. The use of Respiron strengthens and exercises the respiratory muscles, stimulating deep, controlled and slow breathing. Can be used to help restore and maintain lung function. Benefits: 1. Excellent for reducing stress levels How to use the Respiron: Connect the nozzle and tube to the camera Hold the unit in an upright, straight position Inspire through the nozzle to raise the three balls of the device in sequence, holding them for several seconds. Inspiration should be vigorous and deep, but not fast. Balls should be raised with smooth and even movement. Remove the mouthpiece at the end of your inspiration and spray normally Do some normal breaths and repeat as many times as possible or according to your therapist's directions. We recommend trying 10 breaths, twice daily. If you find exercise is too easy or difficult, change the intensity and difficulty of exercise by adjusting the intensity. To select the degree of difficulty of exercise, turn the adjustment ring. The front lever moves according to a scale (0-1-2-3) and works as an indicator of the degree of difficulty of exercise. Once the user is able to perform 10 breaths on one level with ease, it is convenient to move to the next level. At the "3" level can increase the intensity of the exercise, keeping the balls elevated for more and more seconds.
