Let me be honest: I like custom-roasted coffee made with my Aeropress. I also do a pour-over ritual that is well-studied and has divine results. But on the mornings I don't have time for that, I turn to my Keurig and pop in an Emeril Bold pod.This is a fresh, dark roasted coffee that is much higher quality than many other coffee pods. It is flavorful, dark, and smooth, and mixes well with half-and-half without tasting watered-down. It's a dark roast that approaches city roast, but doesn't cross the line. It is more sweet than bitter. It is the only coffee pod I've tried that meets all my standards for a satisfying cup of coffee.Take it from a coffee snob -- this is the best pod-coffee available in dark roast.

I was lucky enough to be the recipient of a new Keurig coffee brewer as a gift. This has afforded me the opportunity to experiment with different brands in hopes to find a cup of Joe that wears boots! I'm so tired of the bland, weak coffee you get day to day from anywhere (Except the Green logo place,their regular coffee has the bold punch I like). Enter Big Easy Bold! Now this is coffee. It has just the right amount of punch and flavor to get you going. I found this brand as part of a variety pack and was upset that there was only one after I tried it. This coffee has a bite to it but not a bitter one. If you like a good strong cup of coffee, I highly recommend this one for you.

I wish it was available in ground or whole bean. This is a very nice bold rich coffee. I highly recommend if you like you coffee strong and bold.

I've been a Starbucks K-Cup fan ever since the machine was invented. Occasionally I try something else but always go back to Starbucks. I bought this Big Easy Bold after reading all the reviews and boy was I glad I did! The perfect balance between strong, flavorful and yet smooth as silk. To me this is the perfect coffee and it is the only one that in my view beats Starbucks. Permanent change to this one for me.

Great tasting coffee

This is my go to coffee! It's very strong, it's very aromatic too. This is the strongest coffee I've found. It doesn't have a burnt or bitter taste either.

I love bold coffee. I've tried many various types of coffee that all claim to be bold and for most of them they are more medium bold (if even that) - even when I hit the bold button on my coffee maker, they just were not bold enough for my liking. Emeril's Big Easy Bold was on sale and I decided to try it and wow!!!!! This coffee really is bold. For my first cup I made it not hitting the 'bold' button my coffee maker and the coffee came out beautifully bold. I am so thrilled with this coffee to taste coffee that says it is bold and it really is. There is not bitterness to it at all, it has a nice taste. It's my new favourite. I like it so much I just bought another box. If you love bold coffee, this is the one for you.
