Dishonest Title
It is disappointing when an apparently authoritative books turn out to actually be examples from just one collection or one museum. A book that is titled 'Still Life in Photography' should be just that. Otherwise be honest and say Sill Life Photographs from the Getty. There are too many great still live images from the history of photography missing from this book. However, for lovers of great photography, the gems in this book make it totally worthwhile.
