The device itself is really good. The little bag that it stores in is very cheap/flimsy.

I use this to help me with stretching my lower back and legs. It is easy to use and very sturdy.

I am very pleased with this strap. Construction appears well done. Loops are well positioned and sufficiently large. Having just survived knee replacement the physical therapist suggested I get a stretching strap similar to the one they use at the clinic. In my search I found several that were quite inexpensive (he recommended that) and all seemed to be 1" wide. I had been using a dog leash which is about the same width. I was pleased to find this 1.5" wide strap at an inconsequential cost difference and the same quick delivery. I recommend you consider this strap.

Ich habe mir diesen unelastischen Yogagurt für Denungsübungen gekauft. Der Gurt hat eine Gesamtlänge von 2,40 m. Der Gurt besteht aus zwei Bändern (grün und grau), die stellenweise mit einander vernäht sind und so die Schlaufen bilden. Das graue Band ist etwas länger und bildet die Schlaufen, während das grüne Band die Zugkräfte aufnimmt und durchgängig straff gezogen wird. Die Schlaufen an den Enden sind etwas größer als die restilichen. Der Gurt ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und zeigt nach 6 Monaten Nutzung keine Abnutzungserscheinungen. Angenehmes Gefühl bei Hautkontakt. Durch die vielen Schlaufen kann man die länge gut variieren. Wenn es mal nicht passt, kann man z.B. mit einem Karabiner zwischen zwei Schlaufen nochmal etwas verkürzen.Alles in allem vielseitig einsetzbar, z.B. in dem man den Gurt durch sich selbst fädelt und so irgendwo an einem Balken oder sonstiges aufhängt. Dann kann man sich daran hängen oder zur Abstützung nutzen.Ich bin sehr zufrieden und empfehle den Gurt uneingeschränkt weiter.
