Print came out really well. Tea towel is a little thin but good size my parents loved it

I wrote a rather rude message on mine so won't repeat but I will say that the company were lovely. I was a little worried that it looked a bit dodge at first to be honest but that's not the case. When you purchase the tea towel as a general item you have to use their email and this confused me at first so I do think they should make that more clear in the details section. Make sure to include font size/style/colour and of course the image etc. because they can actually personalise it very well! Possibly a little bigger than I expected but that was just me being stupid and not looking.

Due to my own mistake, I hadn’t realised that my chosen images would not be the full size of the tea-towels. As I had presumed the image was full size, I opted not to have any text added as I thought it would cover the picture. When the tea towels arrived the images were superb quality but the huge white spaces above and below made it look lost. I emailed the company and admitted it was my own fault but was there anything they could do. In a nutshell, their customer care was excellent. I returned the tea towels with my chosen text and within the week they were returned to me. Would not hesitateto recommend.

Extremely good. Not a high quality tea towel but perfectly OK for the price. However the image has been printed very well & the customer service was very very good. Arrived in good time & I am very pleased with it.

Really good quality fabric and the print was so clear and vivid. The text included also looked really well typed and printed. Very fast dispatch and even came with a nice bag of sweets too!!
