Excellent pipes!!
I am fairly new to motorcycle ownership, but one of the first things that I noticed about my 2021 Indian Scout Bobber was that the exhaust was a bit too tame for my liking. Before purchasing, I also test rode one that had custom straight pipes on it and it was so loud that I felt like I would annoy my neighbors and potentially incur citations from the police. I spent a lot of time reading reviews, learning what decibel rating different aftermarket pipes produced, etc. and ultimately settled on these Vance & Hines Twin Slash slip-ons. I purchased the quiet baffles (part #21899) and installed them at the same time as the pipes (I had read that they were very loud and wanted to tame the noise level a little). The first startup after installing the pipes did make me hesitate briefly because these pipes are significantly louder than the stock pipes (though that may not be saying much because they are very quiet). With that said, they fall somewhere between "tame" and "I could hear you coming from two miles away". I have never regretted installing them! I will say that my helmet lets in a fair amount of noise for a full-face helmet and after an hour of riding, my ears do ring for a bit. If you're wearing a more expensive helmet, this may not be as much of an issue. But if you go with a cheaper one like I did, you will probably want to wear earplugs for longer rides (or risk some eventual hearing loss over time). These pipes were very simple to install (my first ever motorcycle mod and it took me less than an hour to install them), they look awesome on the bike, and the "throaty" tone that they produce is the exact sound that you would expect from a bike that looks like the Indian Scout Bobber. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a set that sounds great and looks awesome!

Loud and mean.
I have an Indian Scout Bobber. These were super easy to install on my bike. The hardest part of the install was getting the factory pipes off, which isn't bad as it just shows the fit for those was good. These are on the louder end. If that's what you want then these will be for you. They aren't so loud that they will destroy your ears but are loud enough to get the attention your bike deserves. They aren't super deep sounding but are deep enough and have a nice roar to them. Twisting the throttle is just as fun now as when I bought them a couple years ago. There isn't anything to dislike about these pipes. They are loud an pretty. They elevate the sound of the bike well above what the factory pipes do.

Loud pipes save lives!!
Put on my Indian Scout Bobber. They will definitely here me coming now. This made a huge difference in sound. No more Jetsons sounding engine!! I will say though, I suggest bypassing the clamps that come with and use the stock clamps. I broke one of the screws of the V&H clamps. The torque spec is pretty high. But I was able to use the Stock clamps and torque them down to manufacturers spec with no problem. They are beefier and more durable. But the look and sound make a major difference. These are very loud. No baffles. So if you don’t want it too loud you may want to try something with a baffle or install one in this. Installation was super easy, but removing the stock pipes may be a little difficult. Just take your time so as not to damage anything.

More than I wanted to spend BUT???…..it was the one thing I needed. Worthwhile investment.
I thought I would have to take my Scout in to have the stock pipes removed and the V-H slash pipes put on. With years of riding but limited repair/maintenance experience, I went to my GO TO source for assistance. Watched videos, then it was “out with the old” and “in with the new. Anticipated difficulty removing the stock pipes were minimal using some WD-40, and adding some patience and persistence. Nothing to it. Sounds great. Definitely more noticeable but not obnoxiously loud, (not to me anyway. But the neighbors started waving ( a middle finger) as I go by. Go figure! Not really! In short, installation, easy, upgraded look amazing and rider (me)?, happy and satisfied with the results.

Awesome sound, crakles and pops
Fits 2020 bobber. Hardest part of it all is removing the stock mufflers. The rest is self explanatory and a breeze. Watch a YouTube video on how to install. It will save you time. They are very loud. I need to use earplugs when I ride. I am happy with my loud pipes. You can always purchase baffles if it’s too loud for your taste. I felt a sight decrease in horsepower maybe due to no back pressure or something, I did notice that decrease when Entering a freeway. Bike seemed to lag a bit. I will eventually get a tuner and upgrade air filter to solve that issue. Over all I’m happy.

Use the stock clamps
These are excellent and an easy install after you remove the stock boat anchors. Use the stock clamps. The clamps that came with them are very cheap and one snapped off. I think their torque spec is way to high. Either way avoid the clamps. They sound and look excellent! Installed on a 2021 Indian Scout Bobber 60.

Love it
It was impressive how fas the delivery was. The installation was easy. Depending on your bike keep the original bolt as the one come with many be too small for your bike. I had gone to many place to upgrade new exhaust pipe to my 2020 Indian scout bobber 60, no one wanted to do it under $1100 this was 400 and I did this installations myself, it sounds amazing it is not too crazy loud, but it is loud to the point and you will be notice. Most likely will wake up the neighbour on your way in and out. if you park inside the garage you will wake up everyone in the house. overall very happy with the pipe, feels like it added a little more horsepower to the bike as well.

No regrets!
Shipping was earlier than expected, these slip ons are well built, a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. It took me about 2 hours to install and the sound is phenomenal!
