I ordered this cutting board as one of the gifts to give my son and his bride on their wedding day. My son and new daughter absolutely loved it. Little story behind this. I will tell you why the seller is amazing.I ordered this and it was to be delivered several days before their wedding. I got a notification that my order has been delivered, (left in mailbox) was what it said. I ran outside to get it. The item was not there. I looked on my porch all over, not here. I checked tracking, delivered it said. It was not. At least not here. This happens by this carrier in my area sometimes. Dont want to bash carrier online. Anyway I send message to seller. Little late in the day but the very next day they reply right back. I explained and they were absolutely amazing. I waited another day to see if it would arrive late. It did not so I replied back to the seller. They honestly told me they could not have it made and delivered by that date but they would replace it right away. They did. It only came a couple of days after. They do an amazing job. Great quality, nice large size and beautifully crafted. They have hing it in their kitchen to display. Beautiful. Thank you to this seller for standing by your product and replacing something I font feel they were at fault for not being delivered properly.

The cutting board's engraving was stunning and quality of the board was incredible. Our first board came damaged courtesy of the USPS (not the seller's fault, it looked like it was dragged by the mail truck), and the seller replaced the item immediately and free of charge, without having to return the damaged one, which around the holidays, was greatly appreciated.
