The tattoos were packaged on two cards. The instructions were clear on how to use them. Expectations were high.Flat out, they didn't work. My face was clean. I cut out each tattoo, peeled the clear plastic protector, placed it in position on my face and soaked it with water while holding it in position. After about 30 seconds I lifted an edge slightly and the tattoo was coming up. You could see that some of the backing paper was not absorbing the paper.Applying more water and pressure for another minute, same result. This was a total waste of money.I wound up rushing out to buy some cream make up to make the design myself.That being said, my wife bought the witch tattoos. We applied them first and they went on flawlessly. After being applied to the skin and soaked for about 30 seconds, the paper removed easily and the tattoos just needed just a little patting down.They will not stick to make up or face paint, only to dry skin.

This item is just as depicted and looks great when applied. Just keep in mind that it may be child-sized and therefore will not work well on someone with a large face. Be sure to also purchase black face paint to put in between the tattoo pieces. A little white highlighting also works well.Removes with oil and/or alcohol as directed, but it’ll take some perseverance and best not to leave on overnight like I did 😀.

Followed the instructions to a "T". Only part of the tattoo would come off and stay on my face. Made sure the application was wet, pressed up against skin - still only partial came off. Ended up using Halloween makeup. I would not buy these again.

Doesn’t work. We couldn’t get the tattoos to completely stick. The edges of the tattoo stayed stuck to the paper no matter how much pressure or water we applied. We tried 3 different times to try and figure it out. Had the same bad results each time.

I was a bit disappointed after application. No matter how much I wet the back of the tattoo transfer paper, no matter how patient I was, and no matter how slow I pulled the tattoo paper off most of the tattoo did not transfer to skin. The parts that did transfer I had to touch up with paint. I'm sure I had a defective pack. Im sure if I would've purchased a better quality temporary tattoo it would've made a big difference. If I decide to purchase another pack I will definately research and read reviews before purchasing.

Perfect for my little spider witch. Easy to apply and looked great all evening. She loved the so much she slept in them.

This is the first time we've bought this to use for a Halloween costume this year. Looks amazing - pretty easy to put on if you cut the individual sections out and do them one at a time. We bought a couple and tested one out and it sticks pretty decently.

Bought these for Halloween so I wouldn't have to do a lot of makeup, placed product on clean skin, followed directions and they still didn't adhere to the skin like they were supposed to. Waste of money.
