Great for working on stability of my muscles, and my little boys are loving playing with it too.

Good sturdy cushion for my dog who is recovering from back surgery.
The inflation of the cushion was pretty easy; however, one of the needles they gave me with the pump broke off as I was pumping in the air. I was able to get the broken needle out, and use the second one they give you to pump it up the rest of the way. I wasn’t rough with it, it really shouldn’t have broken. That’s a demotion for me of the pump though, not the actual product itself. I’m going to have my doxie try using it tonight and see how he does with it. I will update my review if needed. If he doesn’t like it, I’ll use it. I’ve had 2 back surgeries and could use some core strengthening myself.

Helps with my balance / posture:
I bought this to help with my balance. I’ve only had it a few weeks, but so far it’s been assisting with keeping me aligned. I hope the continued use will provide even more support and improvement.

Heavy duty. High quality.
The rubber is super heavy duty (and does not smell!). The disk is a little wider than most, which is helpful and worth the extra few dollars. Very happy I didn't opt for the two-pack of the less expensive brand.

For balance and core improvement.
My stability has deteriorated since the covid lockdown. I use it to improve my balance by standing on it in a doorway so I have something to grab and stabilize myself. I like that it is a little firmer than the one my daughter has, because it is easier for me to stand on.

I like it. It is good quality. It comes already inflated, and you could easily inflate it.

Too round!
This is a very well made product. I wanted one I could use to stand on to work on balance, but this one is too round, so hard to stand on.

It is a good product. Hand Pump is not included.
Using this Balance stability disc as a seat cushion to help keep my back straight. As per product description it comes with Hand Pump. There was no Hand Pump in the package. The cushion is already filled with the air. So it is ok for now, but a pump will be needed if air is leaked in future.

I initially liked the look but the item deflates without even sitting on it. Will be returning
