Product arrived as scheduled, is performing as advertised, at a fair price. Installation was a nightmare, but this had nothing to do with the battery. While the battery had less hold down points, this dose not seam to affect it's performance. The installation on my Asus convertible notebook was the most difficult I've ever encountered. Installation requires removal of the keyboard. The ribbon cable connectors for the keyboard and touch pad are the cheapest I've ever worked with. The touch pad cabled pulled out form the connector and the keyboard connected broke free from the motherboard. The computer works fine in tablet mode or with an external keyboard/touchpad/mouse. I do not recommend novices replace the battery in an Asus convertible notebook.

The battery is an excellent replacement for your aging or ruined battery. I replaced mine however, the instructions are more geared towards after the replacement and not specifically on how to do the replacement. I had to look up videos of how to replace mine and if this is the first time doing something like this it can be quite difficult. I myself damaged some of my trackpad feedback which isn't the fault of the product but, it would have been nice to have a more detailed instruction booklet. Otherwise, it would have a fully functional trackpad still. That being said, it's an easy work around (touch screen or USB mouse) and this is much better than having a laptop that constantly needs to be by an outlet and plugged in. Therefore, I can recommend this battery! Just be careful when detaching your keyboard from the laptop so as NOT to damage the cable feeds for the keyboard and trackpad.

I bought it and installed. It was hard for me to install. Battery life is not very long and cable is very fragile. I broke it while installing so i did not return it.

Easy to install & worked great in replacing my old OEM asus battery that wouldn't recharge. In effect doubled the life of my asus 360.
