This product definitely help in promoting lean muscle density. I am not a big guy but my muscle definition is perfect for me. I’m 150 pounds, jog every day, and work out almost every day. This has been a great product for my muscle definition.

Estoy en una rutina de ejercicio y necesito un extra de energía. Antes de empezar con estas pastillas ya estuve tomando otras de farmacia de 100mg, tuve que buscar un sustituto ya que las que tomo son muy costosas y dificil de encontrar. Compré estas de 200mg y mi sorpresa es que siento menos potencia que las de 100mg. Ya 1 semana de prueba y no siento el doble de energía como se supone deberia ser.Las recomiendo por el precio y son faciles de digerir.El efecto empieza a la media hora.Estan buenas pero creo que no tienen los 200mg que indican, creo que máximo en realidad tienen 100mg.

They work like a charm as long as you use them correctly, and actually work out! Thats all there is to it! I drunk grape flavored powerade with these and saw results in no time..

I prefer this brand and have used it for many years.These used to be in many pharmacies and have been more challenging to find lately.I use them before and after biking because they 'seem' to keep me from cramping in the legsand recover faster.The dosage is 7 caps. I take one before and one after a work out. (only because I'm cheap)I'm not looking for a mega body; just one that's stronger and has equal or more stamina thanmy last work out.They were derived promptly.

Didnt know how well this would work? tried it out and was really amazed at how quickly the results showed themselves. a little hard to swallow so many pills but it's managable.
